摘　　要：将~3H-TdR参入裸鼠移植瘤内,用液体闪烁计数技术测量其中氚的含量。结果表明:不同的市售抗癌药无论对可移植性人脑胶质瘤还是对患者手术标本移植在裸小鼠皮下的肿瘤都有不同的抑制~3H-TdR参入作用。初步提示,此法可用于筛选抗癌药物。The CPM of 3H-TdR incroporated into the xenografts of nude mice was measured with liquid scintillation counter and the results showed that the 3H-TdR incorporation was depressed by different anticancer agents available both in transplantable human glioma and resectable tumor samples transplanted into nude mice. It is suggested that the method used in this experiment may be used for anticancer drug screening assay in the future.
