摘　　要：1998年暖通专业更名为“建筑环境与设备工程” ,针对学科教学委员会给出的教学计划总体框架及其编制说明 ,探讨了专业调整的必然性和意义 ,提出了作者所在院校搞好专业调整的建议。The specialty of HVAC was renamed as building environment and equipment engineering in China in 1998. Discusses the necessity and the significance of this change, puts forward the proposals on how to establish the specialty in universities based on the teaching plan and the illustration of its formation given by the related authorities.
