摘　　要：目的　观察玻璃体切割治疗儿童外伤性眼内容炎的疗效。方法　儿童外伤性眼内容炎 38例 (38眼 )行经扁平部闭合式玻璃体切割术。结果　 38例患儿炎症均得到控制 ,其中 30例视力有进步 ,占 79.7%。结论　玻璃体切割术儿童外伤性眼内容炎为最有效的治疗方法。Objcetive To investigate the therapeutic effect of vitrectomy for traumatic endophthalmitis of children.Method 38 eyes with traumatic endophthalmitis were operated with pars plana closed vitrectomy.Results The endophthalmitis of all cases were controlled.Visual acutities of 30 eyes were improved,counts 79.7%.Conclusion Closed vitrectomy is the most effective method for treating traumatic endophthalmitis of children.
