摘 要:目的 :对离体模拟隐裂牙用镍钛记忆合金固定后进行载荷折裂测试。方法 :取离体完整下颌第一磨牙分成A、B两组 ,A组为对照组 ,B组为实验组 ,每组各 2 0个 ,分别制备成模拟隐裂牙 ;其中B组用镍钛记忆合金骑缝钉固定 ,A和B组依次用光固化树脂充填 ,然后在 10吨液压万能试验机上进行载荷折裂测试。结果 :用镍钛记忆合金骑缝钉固定的离体模拟隐裂牙抗折强度高于没有用骑缝钉固位者。结论 :为临床选用镍钛记忆合金骑缝钉固定隐裂牙 。AIM:To test fracture loading of extracted imitating teeth with Ni-Ti memorial alloy(SMA). METHODS: All the extracted first low molars were divided into two groups(A,B). Group A was the control group while group B was the test group. Each contains 20 teeth. All the teeth were prepared into imitating cracked teeth. And those of group B were strengthened with SMA. The fracture loading test was performed on both groups after filling all the teeth with composite resin. RESULTS: The force of anti-fracture of extracted imitating cracked teeth with SMA(group B) was obviously higher than that of the teeth without SMA(group A). CONCLUSION: The test supplied scientific mechanism of using SMA to prevent further crack of teeth in clinic.
