摘  要:目的 :了解采用分角投照技术时Digora图像大小变形情况。方法 :使用Digora系统测量工具分别测量 110 0例试尖Digora牙片中牙长度、试尖用牙胶尖长度 ,按比例法计算出实际牙长。将测量牙长减去实际牙长 ,差值为正值说明图像被放大 ,差值为负值则为缩小。结果 :除下颌磨牙组差值为负值外 ,其余各组差值均为正值。结论 :采用分角投照技术时 。AIM: To study the size distortion of Digora images produced by the bisecting-angle projection. METHODS:Tooth length and trial gutta-percha point length measurements were made from 1100 Digora trial point radiographs with the Digora system's measuring tools. Actual tooth lengths were calculated by the ratio formula. The mean difference between the radiographic tooth length and the actual tooth length of each group was analyzed. A positive value denoted that the Digora image length was elongated. A negative value means that the Digora image length was shortened. RESULTS:Except mandibular molar group, the differences of the other groups were positive values. CONCLUSION: Digora images produced by the bisecting-angle projection are usually magnified.
