摘 要:通过毛竹材外径、壁厚及离地高度三者对应关系的实测,应用回归方法得到毛竹材壁厚与竹材外径、离地高度两因子间的回归方程式,经检验符合要求。应用此回归方程式,以胸径为10cm的竹材为例进行了不同锯截方案竹材壁厚利用率的计算,通过比较评定,得到了适合生产要求、竹材利用率较高的锯截方案。By measuring the corresponding values of the bamboo wood exterior diameter, bamboo wall thickness and the height from the ground, the regression method has been used to obtain the regression equations among bamboo wall thickness, the height from the ground and bamboo wood exterior diameter. The test shows that the equations can meet the requirements, with these regression equations, the utilization rate has been calculated of the bamboo wood wall thickness of different crosscutting methods with the common bamboo wood of 10cm chest-height diameter, Through comparison and evaluation, a good crosscutting method has been got, which meets the manufacturing requirements and presents a higher utilization rate of bamboo.
