摘　　要：针对世界各国竞相开发海洋资源的形势 ,就目前我国海洋资源开发利用及海洋环境的现状 ,结合我国社会经济可持续发展的需要 ,采用辩证的方法 ,分析了海洋资源、海洋环境和可持续发展三者之间的关系 ;从知识经济的高度提出了海洋资源有效利用和环境生态保护的几点措施 ,对海洋资源管理部门具有一定的参考价值。The relationship between oceanic resources,oceanic environment and sustainable development is analyzed by the dialectical method.In consideration of the current situation of oceanic economy in China,some problems related to the development of oceanic resources and the protection of environment are discussed.Then,based on the theory of knowledge economy,several measures are proposed to use oceanic resources and protect the environment effectively,which are of some value to the management department of oceanic resources.
