日本对外资企业独特的控制管理及对我国的启示

摘　　要：日本通过政策规制、经济因素和社会因素的制约对外资企业进行控制管理。由此保证了引进外资的规模适当、保护国内的产业、加强技术的引进、掌握经济的主动权 ,但是这些政策使日本资本的输出与吸收不协调 ,削弱了国际竞争力 ;同时也有损日本的国际形象。鉴于此 ,我国在完善外资法律、保护民族产业的同时要注重外资的引进 。Foreign-owned enterprises in Japan are commanded and managed under the policy,economic and social factors.Hereupon the appropriate scope of importing foreign investment is ensured and the national industries are protected and the import of technology is increased.Then Japan has the initiative power over the economy.However,this policy in Japan results in imbalance between the outputting and inputting capital and weakens its international competitive power,meanwhile this policy does harm to the international Japanese image.Regarding this,China pays more attention to import while improving foreign fund law and develops direct investment abroad while importing direct investment from foreign nations.
