摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是原因不明的结肠粘膜层和粘膜下层的慢性和非特异性炎症。本文从溃疡性结肠炎病因 ,包括免疫功能紊乱、饮食因素、肠道感染、情志失调、内伤劳倦和他脏影响方面 ,探讨了脾主运化与泄泻的关系 ,脾恶湿与粘膜水肿的关系 ,脾主肌肉与肠粘膜溃疡修复的关系 ,脾生血、统血与肠粘膜出血的关系 ,从基础理论与临床实践和中西医结合方面阐明了溃疡性结肠炎的本质及其影响因素 ,为提高临床疗效开辟新的途径。Ulcerative colitis is unknown cause,chronic and no special inflammation in the mucous membrane and interior mucous membrane of colon From the causes of ulcerative colitis,including immune disorder,dietary factors,intestinal tract infection,emotional disorder,internal damage and fatigue and the influence of other organs The relationship between spleen directing strength and diarrhea,the relationship between aversion to wetness of spleen and edema of mucous membrane,the relationship between spleen controlling muscles and plerosis of mucous membrane ulcer,the relationship between spleen producing and dircting blood and hemorrhage were discussed The study indicates the essence and influence factors of ulcerative colitis,develops new ways to improve clinical effect from basic theory,clinical practice and combined treatment of Chinese medicine with western medicine
