摘 要:目的 探讨端粒酶活性与非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)这一恶性血液病发生发展的关系。方法 采用PCR TRAP方法检验 34例非霍奇金淋巴瘤和 6例霍奇金病的端粒酶活性。结果 在 34例非霍奇金淋巴瘤中 ,2 9例端粒酶活性阳性 ;6例霍奇金病中 ,有一例端粒酶活性阳性。结论 端粒酶激活与非霍奇金淋巴瘤的发生发展有密切关系 ,并有可能成为非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床肿瘤标志物 ;而非霍奇金病可能不依赖于端粒酶系统而进展。Objective: To investigate the possibility of using telomerase as a tumor marker for human non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Methods: Thirty-four non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and 6 Hodgkin's diseases were examined for telomerase activity by means of telomeric repeat amplification protocol (TRAP) assay based on PCR. Results: Of 34 non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, 29(853%) showed telomerase activity whereas 1 of 6(167%) Hodgkin's diseases exhibited telomerase activity. Conclusion: The telomerase expression may contribute to the progression of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and can be used as its tumor marker. There may be no correlation between the progression of Hodgkin's disease and its telomerase activity.
