摘　　要：合同解释制度是民法的重要制度。充分发挥法官和仲裁员在合同解释中的作用 ,是我国司法实践中迫切需要解决的一项重大课题。解释合同必须遵循一些具体规则 ,正确运用合同解释规则有助于及时、准确地处理合同纠纷。The system of contract interpretation is a very important system in the civil law. A big problem urgent to be solved in the practice of China's judicature is how to give full play to the judge and the arbitrator in contract interpretation. To interpret a contract one must follow certain rules and making correct use of these rules will help to deal with disputes over contracts timely and accurately.
