摘　　要：我国是一个农业大国，每年的玉米产量十分可观。长期以来，由于受种种因素困扰，我国的玉米工业一直未得到良好发展。本文对国内外玉米行业的发展历史、现状及方向进行了介绍、分析，并针对我国玉米工业的生产状况归纳出玉米综合加工与利用的模式，以期对促进生产实际发挥一定的作用。China,an agricultural country,has considerable output of maize.But fro a long time past,the maize industry in China has not developed well for some reasons.This paper introduced and analysed the history,status quo and orientation of maize industry home and abroad. In accordance with the summedup complexion of Chinaes maize industry,the general processing and utilization mode was presented.
