摘　　要：讨论了油脂工业中的环形浸出器物料高度控制系统 ,它采用超声波传感器测量物料高度 ,变频器调节电机速度。文中给出了系统的原理图、各装置的参数 ,分析了系统的特性 ,给出了调试方法和结果。该系统已在工业上获得成功应用。This paper discusses a material height automatic control system for ring macerator in vegetable oil factory.The system adopts an ultrasonic transducer to measure the material height and a PWM to control the motor speed.The principle diagram of system and the parameters of devicese are given.The characteristic of system is analyzed.The adjusting methods and results are explained.The system is applied successfully in a vegetable oil factory.
