摘　　要：《中图法》编委会 1 999年 6月对《中图法》四版中国地区表第 3条使用规则进行了修改 ,但未修改某些关键性的问题 。Although the Editorial Board of CLC has rivised the use regulations of the third item of China Area Table of CLC,and haven't revised the key point,so the third item is still wrong and should be revised again.This paper Puts forward some views.
