摘　　要：本文通过对中小企业信息化的现状、特点和内涵的分析 ,指出了中小企业信息化的困难 。Through the analysis of the present situation,the characters and the connotation of informationization of the medium and small-sized enterprises,the article points out the difficulties of informationization of the medium and small-sized enterprises,and puts forward the problems of informationization of the medium and small-sized enterprises which should be emphasized in the construction.
