摘　　要：简述了第三方物流公司 (3PLs)的发展概况 ,介绍了当前 3PLs的主要业务范围、兴起的原因和未来前景 ,分析了 3PLs的选择步骤和对 3PLs业绩的评价方法 ,探讨了一些企业与 3PLs合作失败的原因 。The recent progress of third party logistics service providers(3PLs) is described, and the major scopes of business of 3PLs,the major reasons of its emergence, and its prospect introduced. The criteria and process to choose 3PLs are analyzed, and methods on how to manage this kind of partnership and to evaluate performance are also given. A successful case of how to use 3PLs to reengineer its supply chain is introduced.
