摘　　要：职业化卫生管理队伍建设是我国卫生改革和发展的客观要求，本文阐述了职业化卫生管理队伍建设的意义、介绍了《职业化卫生管理队伍建设的基本途径和政策措施》课题组的研究内容、研究方法，提出了职业化卫生管理队伍建设的基本途径和相应的政策措施。It is an objective requirement for constructing professional health administrative work force in health reform and development. This paper discusses the significance of constructing professional health administrative workforce, introduces the research content, methods of the task group undertaking the research of the Basic Means and Policy Measures in Constructing Professional Health Administration. It also talks about the basic means and policy measures in constructing professional health administrative workforce.
