摘　　要：根据天津医科大学举办在职卫生管理专业研究生课程班的实践经验，探讨卫生管理专业研究生课程班的培养目标、课程设置与适合我国国情的研究生课程班教育的实施方案及管理模式等问题。Based on the practical experiences of Tianjin Medical University in offering in-service graduate courses training to in-service personnel of health administration, this paper discusses the training goals, curricula design, the implementation plans and management patterns of graduate health administrative courses training that meets the requirement of the conditions of our country.
