灵芝合剂及CD_3AK细胞对肺癌的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 :探讨灵芝合剂与 CD3 AK细胞合用对肺癌的临床疗效。方法 :2 6例患者随机分为两组。对照组 14例 ,仅接受 CD3 AK细胞治疗 ;治疗组 12例 ,在接受 CD3 AK细胞治疗的同时服用灵芝合剂。治疗后观察临床症状改善情况及生存时间。结果 :治疗组的中位生存时间和平均生存时间均明显高于对照组 ,且复发的时间间隔延长。结论 :灵芝合剂与 CD3Objective:It is to investigate the therapeutic effect of Mixture Lingzhi with CD 3AK cell on lung cancer. Methods: 26 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 14 patients in contrast group were treated with CD 3AK cell. 12 patients in treatment group were treated with Mixture Lingzhi and CD 3AK cell. The therapeutic effect and survival time were compared after treatment. Results: The median survival time and the average survival time of the treatment group were significantly longer than those of the contrast group. And the mitigation duration of the treatment group was longer than that of the contrast group. Conclusion:Mixture Lingzhi and CD 3AK cell can intensify the therapeutic effect.
