溃疡样型功能性消化不良食管酸敏感性及胃食管反流的研究  

24 Hours Esophageal pH Monitoring and Testing of Lower Esophageal Acid Sensitivity in Patients with FD of Ulcer-like

摘　　要：为研究溃疡样型功能性消化不良 (FD)食管下端的酸敏感性及病理性胃食管反流 ,对 5 3例溃疡样型 FD患者及 2 0例健康对照者进行了食管的酸敏感性测定 ,其中 4 7例 FD和 16例对照者又接受了 2 4小时动态 p H检测。结果显示 67.9%溃疡样型 FD患者酸刺激呈阳性 ,4 2 .5 %溃疡样型 FD患者有病理性胃食管反流 ,显著高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。显示食管下端酸敏感性的增高和病理性胃食管反流可能是疼痛性In order to evaluate lower esophageal acid sensitivity and 24 hours esophageal pH monitoring in patients with funtional dyspepsia(FD), 53 patients and 20 controls were tested by trial of acid sensitivity. Among them, 47 patients and 16 volunteers were measured by 24 hours esophageal pH monitoring. The result show that 67.9% FD patients had a positive reaction of low esophagus to acid. Moreover, 42.5% FD patients had pathological gastric esophageal reflux. The differences between the patients and controls were significant (P<0.01). The hypersensitivity of lower esophagus to acid and pathological gastric esophageal reflux may be one of the aetology of ulcer like FD.
