应用生物反馈技术治疗肠易激综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：探讨生物反馈治疗对肠易激综合征 (IBS)的疗效。方法　 2 8例IBS患者进行了生物反馈治疗 ,治疗前后分别对患者作抑郁自评量表 (SDS)、焦虑自评量表 (SAS)和胃肠道症状评定量表 (GSRS)评分 ,.并作比较。结果　 2 8例患者中有 2 3例伴有抑郁、焦虑等心理障碍 ,治疗后SDS、SAS和GSRS评分均有明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ;另 5例无明显心理障碍 ,治疗后GSRS评分也有下降 ,但差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　IBS患者多伴有心理障碍 ,生物反馈治疗有明显效果。Objective To investigate the effect of biofeedback on irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods Biofeedback was used in 28 patients. The psychological status of IBS patients was analyzed with self rating depression scale(SDS),self rating anxiety scale(SAS), and subjective symptoms with gastrointestinal symptoms rating scale(GSRS) before and after the treatment. Results Twenty three IBS patients were suffered from psychological disorder. The scores of SDS, SAS and GSRS improved significantly after treatment(P<0 05).The scores of GSRS of other 5 patients with no psychological disorders improved nonsignificantly(P>0 05). Conclusion Most patients of IBS have a psychological disorder. Biofeedback therapy is effective in the treatment of IBS.
