摘　　要：目的 :研究观察扭伤灵搽剂的皮肤刺激性。方法 :对健康家兔脱毛后多次性给予扭伤灵搽剂、赋形剂 ,评分标准按“中药新药临床前研究指导原则”中的相关内容 ,对实验结果加以评定。结果 :家兔多次性涂用扭伤灵搽剂后完整皮肤刺激未见异常改变 ,破损皮肤涂药部位亦未出现红斑、水肿、出血点、色素沉着以及皮肤粗糙等。结论Objective: To study the skin irritation of Niushang Ling liniment. Methods: To apply hair-cut healthy rabbit with Niushang Ling liniment many times, then judge the results according to “Instructive principle for preclinic study of new Chinese drug”. Results: No irritation reaction occurred in complete skin after applied Niushang Ling liniment many times and no reactions of erythema, dropsy, bleeding spots, pigmentation occurred in injured skin.
