摘　　要：目的]研究广东揭阳地区食管癌高发现场患者的抑癌基因Rb蛋白表达的情况及其意义。[方法]利用免疫组化SP法对揭阳地区60例食管癌标本进行Rb蛋白的检测。[结果]60例食管癌中 ,Rb蛋白表达总阳性率为56 7%(34/60) ,有淋巴结转移组癌组织中的Rb蛋白表达阳性率为70%(14/20) ,无淋巴结转移组阳性率为50 %(20/40) ,两组表达率之间的差异有显著性意义。中分化组癌细胞的Rb阳性表达率为39 4 %(13/33) ,低分化组的阳性表达率为76 0% ,Rb蛋白在高低分化程度的食管癌之间的表达率有显著性差异(P=0 006)。[结论]Rb蛋白的异常表达与食管癌的分化程度有关 ,而与淋巴结转移无相关性。检测食管癌患者Rb基因表达对于综合判断患者的预后 。To explore the expression of Rb tumor suppressor gene in the esophageal carcinoma from a high_incidence area,Jieyang,Guangdong province,and to investigate its clinic significance.Paraffin-embedded specimens of 60 cases were examined immunohistochemically. In the 60 cases with esophageal carcinoma overall Rb protein expression rate was 56 7%(34/60).There was no significant difference between positive node group and negative node group,with the expression rate of 70% (14/20) and 50% (20/40) respectively.There was significant difference between moderate and poor differentiation,with the expression rate of 39 4% (13/33) and 76 0% (19/25) respectively.[Conclusion] Rb protein expression is significantly correlated with the differentiation of esophageal carcinoma,but not with lymph node metastasis.It plays certain role in the treatment and predicating prognosis for the patients with esophageal carcinoma.
