摘 要:我们用精密溶解热量热计、示差扫描量热计和热失重等装置,对本所合成的新型阴离子表面活性剂进行了实验研究。由实验测定结果计算出该表面活性剂溶液的有关化学热力学函数,并与表面张力测定的结果进行了比较。结果表明该表面活性剂的热学性能稳定,抗盐性好,根有希望作蒸汽驱油添加剂。Anionic polymeric surfactant SPNH is a sulfoaated phenolic resine in salt form. In this paper the thermal and thermodynamic properties of this surfactant and its solutions are investigated by means of LKB-8700 precision solution calorimeter and duPont 1090 DSC/TG apparatus. Following determinations are made and discussed: dissolution heats in water and water/alcohol mixtures, DSC and TG thermographs, surface tensions of aqueous solutions of varying concentrations at different temperatures with and without alcohol added, thermodynamic functions of micell formation and salt-tolerency in aqueous solutions. The experimental results show that SPNH is chemically stable up to 320℃ and soluble in water, readily forms micelle and is tolerent to salt in aquous solution. This surfactant is expected to be used in steam flooding for heavy oils and tar sands as an ancillary additive.
