摘　　要：本文比较系统地对多孔硅的制备、光致发光和电致发光特性、微结构和发光机制等作了论述。介绍了当前国内外多孔硅研究中的一些热点问题与学术争论情况。The paper discusses the fabrication of porous Si, the characteristics of photoluminescence and electro-luminescence, microstructure, and luminescence mechanism, It aiso introduces the focalooints of the rcsearch and academic discussion in China and foreign countries at present.
