摘  要:对某化工厂乙烯裂解炉管弯头开裂原因进行了综合分析 ,并对失效机理进行了探讨 ,指出造成弯头过早开裂的主要原因是炉管弯头材料的原始缺陷、显微组织劣化以及渗碳、氧化、热交变应力和气流冲刷相互作用的结果 ,并在此基础上 。A comprehensive analysis was conducted of the cause of tube bend fracture in an ethylene-cracking furnace installed at a petrochemical works in China. Also discussed is the relevant failure mechanism. It is noted that there exist some major causes of the premature fracture of the tube bend. Among them one can mention the initial and primary defects of the tube-bend material, deterioration of its microstructure and the interaction between such factors as cementation, oxydation, and alternating thermal stresses on the one hand and the sweep of the gas flow on the other. On this basis the authors have proposed a series of fracture prevention measures.
