摘　　要：目的 :分析探讨鼻内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎的手术方式及临床疗效。方法 :用德国Storz公司生产的鼻内窥镜 0°和美国产Phototome激光机 ,直视下行鼻腔泪囊造口术 ,上下泪小点植入硬膜外麻醉硅胶管至中鼻道 2～ 2个半月 ,共 2 1例 2 3只眼。结果 :获得随访 2 0例 2 1只眼。泪道通畅、炎症消失 18例(90 .0 % )。 2例 (10 .0 % )仍溢泪 ,行泪道冲洗多次 ,1例泪道通畅 ,1例经内窥镜下处理 ,溢泪消失。结论 :鼻内窥镜下行鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效确切 ,创面小 ,方法先进 ,术后随访也是提高手术成功率的重要措施。Objective:To analyze the surgical method and clinical effect of dacryocystorhinotomy in treating chronic dacrocystitis by Endosocpe.Methods:21 case (23eyes) dacryocystorhinotomy were operated by Germany storz Endoscope and American Phototome laser and silicon tube was kept in upper and lower lacrimal canaliculi for about 2～2.5 months.Results:20 cases (21eyes) were followed up.18 cases (90%) were successful,and other cases (10%) failed.One of the failures was reopen by lacrimal tube washing and the other was reopen by Endoscope.Conclusions:Endoscopic Dacryocystorhinotomy in treating chronic dacryocystitis is a simple and safe method,but postoperative follow up is also important to enhance the chance of success.
