摘　　要：目的 :考察受试物氨磷汀 (AL D)是否具有遗传毒性。方法 :采用活体小鼠骨髓嗜多染色性红细胞 (PEC)微核试验和体外中国仓鼠肺细胞 (CHL )染色体畸变试验 ,对 AL D进行诱变性研究。结果 :AL D的小鼠骨髓 PEC微核试验为阴性 ,CHL 染色体畸变试验为阴性。结论 :ALPurpose: To study the genotoxicity of ALD. Methods: The mutation for ALD were studied with PEC micronucleus test in bone marrow cell of mice in vivo and chromosomal aberration test of CHL in vitro for ALD. Results: ALD did not induce significantly increase of PEC MNF in mice and CAF of CHL were also showed negative results. Conclusion: Two studies indicated that ALD had no damage effects on genetic material in a certain dose rang.
