摘 要:目的改良干酵母悬液致热病理模型 ,消除动物皮下注射后存在的体温下降期。方法将酵母悬液在34℃恒温水浴中孵育 0 .5h ,与对照组 (未孵育酵母悬液 )比较大鼠皮下注射后 1、2、3、4、6、8h的肛温。结果孵育组体温无下降期 ,升温快。两组大鼠各测点经t检验 ,均有显著性差异P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1。结论 34℃体外孵育干酵母悬液 0 .5h后致热病理模型 ,大鼠体温无下降期。PurposeThe aim is to modify the pyrogenic pathology model induced by injection of saccharomycetet water in rats,and to eliminate the temperature decline period after injection of saccharomycete water sc.MethodsIt was measured that the anus temperature of both two groups of rats (one group was injected of incubated saccharomycete water and the other injected unincubated saccharomycete water sc) 1,2,3,4,6,8 h after injection respectively.ResultsThe anus temperature had no decline period and the temperature rose quickly in the group of injected with incubated saccharomycete water (in 34℃thermostasis water).There was significant difference( P<0.05 or P <0.01)between incubated group and unincubated group in temperature rising by t test.ConclusionNo temperature declining period was observed in the pyrogenic pathology model of rat, if those rats were treated with saccharomycete water which was incubated at 34℃for 0.5 h.
