涎腺腺样囊性癌中PCNA、P^(16)和P^(27)的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :研究 PCNA、P1 6、P2 7基因在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 :采用 SP免疫组织化学染色方法检测 5 5例涎腺腺样囊性癌中 PCNA和 P1 6、P2 7基因蛋白的表达 ,使用 SPSS统计软件进行统计分析。结果 :PCNA在所有病例中均有不同程度的表达 ,其表达程度在组织类型、肿瘤部位和肿瘤分期方面存在着显著差异性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而在局部复发、转移和累积生存率方面无显著性差异。 P2 7基因阳性表达率为 34.5 % ,其表达程度在肿瘤部位和肿瘤分期方面存在着显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而在组织类型、局部复发、转移和累积生存率方面无显著性差异。 P1 6 基因阳性表达率为 6 5 .5 % ,其表达程度在所有变量均无显著性差异。结论 :在涎腺腺样囊性癌中 ,PCNA和 P2Objective:To evaluate the clinical significance of expression of proliferation cell nuclear antigen(PCNA),P 16 and P 27 genes in adenoid cystic carcinoma of salivary glands Methods:The expressions of PCNA,P 16 and P 27 were detected by immunohistochemical staining (SP)in 55 patients with adenoid cystic carcinoma of salivary glands Results:The higher and lower expressions of PCNA were 45 5%(19/55) and 65 5%(35/55) respectively;of P 16 were 45 5%(25/55) and 54 5%(30/55)respectively And the positive and negative expressions of P 27 were 34 5%(19/55) and 65 5%(36/55),respectively The correlation of expression of PCNA gene with local recurrence and tumor site showed significant (P=0 0317,P=0 0186);but the expression of P 16 was no any significant correlation in all of the variables The expression of P 27 was significant on the regional lymph node metastaisis (P=0 0083) When higher expression of P 16 was 45 5%(25/55),the P 27 positive expression was 56 0%(14/25),which showed a significant positive correlation (P=0 0025) Conclusion:In adenoid cystic carcinoma of salivary glands,the PCNA gene should be one of the biological target predicting local recurrence,and P 27 gene should be one of the biological target justifying regional lymph node metastasis
