摘　　要：目的 :总结脾脏占位性病变的超声特征。方法 :65例脾脏占位性病变按术后病理分类 ,分别进行超声图像分析。结果 :脾脏囊肿、血管瘤与肝囊肿、血管瘤声像图表现一致 ;脾梗死超声图像呈现楔形、不规则形低回声或不均匀回声 ;脾脏恶性淋巴瘤呈现弥漫性、局限性低回声或呈蜂窝状回声 ;脾脏转移瘤呈现四种不同表现的回声 :无回声型、低回声型、高回声型及牛眼征。结论Objective To summarize the ultrasonic characteristis of splenic space occupying lesion. Methods 65 cases with splenic space occupying lesion were classified by pathology and analysised their ultrasonographs. Results The ultrasonographs of spleen cyst and hemangioma were consistent with hepatic cyst and hemangioma. The ultrasonographs of spleen infarct were cuneiforn or irregular and they were even or uneven hypoecho.Spleen lymphomas were hypoecho and their shapes were localized or diffuse or farlate. The ultrasonographs of spleen metastatic carcinomas were four types:echoless、hypoecho、hyperecho and bull’s eye sign.Conclusion The ultrasonic scan has higher clinical value for splenic space occupying lesion.
