抑癌基因P53在中晚期肝细胞癌中的表达及预后意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨抑癌基因P5 3在中晚期肝细胞癌中的表达及其预后价值。方法　应用免疫组化法 (LSAB法 )检测P5 3在 45例肝癌组织中表达。结果　P5 3在肝癌细胞中的阳性表达率为 44.4% (2 0 / 4 5 ) ,癌旁组织无表达 ;P5 3在肝癌细胞高中分化组中阳性率为 34.3 % (12 / 35 ) ,而低分化组中为 80 % (8/ 10 ) ,两者差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;肝癌术后生存期≤ 1年组中P5 3阳性率为 6 5 % (11/ 17) ,而 >1年组为 32 % (9/ 2 8) ,两者差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　抑癌基因P5 3的突变是部分肝细胞癌变原因之一 ,且P5Objective To investigate the expression of p53 gene in advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods Lablled streptoavidin biotin method was used to detect the expression of p53 in tumor tissues of 45 Hcc patients.Results (1)The postive rate of p53 in carcinomas was 44.4%(20/45),and there was no postive expression in peritumor tissues.(2)The postive rates of p53 in high and medium differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma(34.3%) was significantly lower than that in poor differentiated hepatocellular carcinoma (80%)(P<0.05).(3)The postive rate of p53 in patients survived less than or one year was 65%,significantly higher than that in patients survived more than one year(P<0.05).Conclusions The mutation of p53 tumor suppressor gene plays an important role in the oncogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma.p53 can be of great value in evaluating histologic grades and prognosis.
