改良信封式截囊白内障摘除术后后囊混浊的观察

摘　　要：目的　观察改良信封式截囊与水力分离皮质在白内障摘除、人工晶体植入中 ,眼组织的损伤 ,术后后囊混浊的发生率。方法　对 16 0只眼随机分为两组 ,信封式截囊组与改良信封式截囊组 ,均进行前囊膜下水力分离皮质摘除白内障 ,植入人工晶体。结果　改良信封式截囊组术中囊袋完整率高 ,对眼组织损伤小 ,术后后囊膜混浊发生率低。结论　改良信封式截囊口弹性大 ,娩核时不撕破囊膜袋 ,手术成功率高。Objective To observe the damage to eye tissues from improved D shaped capsulectomy and cortex seperation by watering in the operation of cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation,and to observe the frequency of unclarity of posterior capsule after operation.Methods 160 eyes were divided into 2 groups randomly.D shaped capsulectomy and improved D shaped capsulectomy were used during the operations with cortex seperation by watering and the intraocular lens implantation.Results Improred D shaped capsuletomy had less damage to eye tissues,high rate of intact capsule bag,fewer complications and lower frequency of unclarity of posterior capsule.Conclusion Improved D shaped capsulectomy is better than D shaped capselectomy in many aspects.
