摘 要:文章从公关的研究对象入手分析企业在危机时刻应采取的对策.文章以下七方面分析危机公关的操作技巧:危机前做好必要的充分的准备;危机发生时,立即组建危机处理小组,成立新闻中心;准备好背景材料,以备应急之需;善于利用媒介与公众进行沟通,控制危机程度,并注意传播技巧;对外发布信息时,统一发言的前后口径,防止自相矛盾;邀请公正权威性的机构来参与危机的解决;加强内部交流,寻求员工的支持;最后从国家经济政策不成熟,管理部门职能不到位等方面分析体制转轨时期我国企业所面临的危机特殊性.the article explains the reasons that Crisis Public Relation has been concerned much more for a few years in the ways of the development of transmission technology and the enhancement of agency supervision. The main body of the article analyses how to deal with the Crisis Public Relation under seven ways, and state the author's opinion with the exponent cases.1, how to prepare for the crisis coming well.2, set up the organization that deal with crisis, such as the news center .3,stock the full background stuff for the sudden needs. 4,be good at communicate with the public by agency, control the crisis degree, and notice the transmission skill.5, when the corporation conveys the messages, avoid contradiction between the different times. 6, invite the authorized department to participate in solving the problems.7, consolidate the interior communication and seek for the support from the employee.Finally, It analyze the peculiar crisis which the nation enterprises face during the economy systems turning-time, in the way of the government economic policy's immaturity and the management's draggle.
