圆弧青霉提取物诱发小鼠骨髓多染红细胞微核试验

摘　　要：应用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验对食管癌高发区林县粮食中分离的圆弧青霉提取物进行了诱变性研究。结果:菌株7B_3的菌液和菌丝体提取物及菌株120B_1的菌液提取物在剂量为200mg/kg时,其微核率分别为:15.17±0.60‰,13.00±0.58‰和16.00±1.00‰,与溶剂对照(DM-SO,3.50±0.43%)相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01),并呈明显的剂量相关。菌株120B_1的菌丝体提取物在四个剂量组均没有引起微核率的显著增加。结果表明,圆弧青霉两种提取物中均含有诱变物质。By means of the mouse bone marrow polychromeatic erythrocyte micronucleus test, the muta-genicity induced by the extracts of P. cyclopium isolated from the crops of Linxian County,a high inci-dence area of esophageal cancer, was studied. The extracts of fungus liquid and mycelium of strain 7B-3 and the extract of fungus liquid of strain 120B--1 caused a rising of the mouse bone marrow PCE mi-cronuclei. At the concentration of 200mg/kg,the rate of micronucleus was 15. 17±0. 06‰, 13±0. 58‰, and 16. 00±1. 00‰ respectively,and significantly differrnt from that of the solvent control(P<0. 01). The rate of micronucleus was related to the concentraion of the extracts. The extract ofmycelium of strain 120B-1 did not cause the significant increase of the rate of micrinocleus in any ofthe four dose groups. The experiment demonstrates that the two kinds of extracts contain mutagen.
