摘 要:用复合核黄素(每日1.5g,含核黄素6mg)对鹤壁市郊食管癌前增生患者进行营养干预治疗。在实验开始及15个月后随诊复查时测定了75例患者4h负荷尿中核黄素排出量。服用复合核黄素后,机体核黄素营养水平提高(P<0.001)。核黄素营养水平提高的患者病情进展率12.5%低于核黄素营养水平降低的进展率47.1%。前者的病情好转与稳定所占有百分率87.5%高于后者的百分率52.9%(P<0.05)。在核黄素营养状况良好与营养状况差之间,病情转化也有相同的趋势(P>0.05)。上述结果与复合核黄素的治疗效果一致。这一事实表明提高机体核黄素营养水平可以对食管癌前增生有抑制作用,有益于病情的稳定和好转。Compound riboflavin has been used as nutritional intervention for the subjects with esophagealdysplasia that were detected in the mass survey with balloon cytology in the suburbs of Hebi HenanProvince in 1988. Both at the beginning of the study and during the follow--up examination 15 monthslater,we measured the urinary excretion of B_2 in 4h of load test in 75 cases. Compound riboflavin byoral administration (1. 5g?6mg B_2/day)could significantly increase the level of B_2 nutritional status(P<0. 01). The progressive rate of the patients with increased urinary B_2 excretion was lower than the rate of those with decreased urinary B_2 excretion(12.5%; 47.1%). The rate of regression and sta-bilization for the former (87.5%)was higher than for the later (52.9%) (P<0.05). There weresimilarities between the B_2 adequate group and the B_2 deficient group,and no significant difference wasobserved (P>0. 05). The results were in accordance with the effect by compound riboflavin therapy.The fact suggested that the enhancement of nutritional status of B_2 inhibit the progression of esophagealdysplasia and benefit the stabilization and regression of that.
