四种香烟烟雾冷凝物对大鼠肺细胞程序外DNA合成的影响

摘  要:用程序外DNA合成试验(Unscheduled DNA Synthesis,UDS)研究了四种市售香烟的烟雾冷凝物(Cigarette Smoke Condeinsate,CSC)对新鲜分离的大鼠肺细胞的DNA损伤作用。结果表明:四种CSC在一定浓度范围内均可诱发大鼠肺细胞的DNA损伤,与溶剂对照相比差异有极显著意义,并存在一定的剂量效应关系;而且进口555牌带普通醋酸纤维滤嘴香烟的CSC的损伤作用显著大于国产带普通醋酸纤维滤嘴和不带滤嘴香烟的CSC的作用。提示:CSC可诱发肺细胞的突变,吸烟与肺癌的发生可能有直接关系。The damaging effect of four cigarette smoke cundensates(CSC)on freshly isolated lung cells fromrats was studied with the unscheduled DNA synthesis test (UDS). The results showed that all the fourCSC of certain concentration could induce DNA damage of the lung cells and had a significant differ- ence from the control in proper concentration,and there was a dose--effect relation between them. Wealso found that the CSC of the imported '555' cigarettes with cellulose acetate filter tipe had a higherDNA--damaging effect than the domestic ones and those without filter tips did. The results suggestedCSC could induce the mutation of the lung cells and smoking could have a direct relation to lung can-cer.
