摘　　要：1986年以来对 Wooler 和 Redo 的“隧道式”食管胃吻合加以改进,行食管、贲门癌手术242例,无一例发生吻合口瘘。经临床观察、随访、钡餐、食管镜检及粘液 pH 值测定证实优于其它方法。头低脚高钡餐检查65例,仅1例吻合口0.5 cm,大多数都在0.5～2.0cm,3例有轻度返流。食管镜检及活检60例,除20例有轻度水肿充血外,其余40例粘膜正常,食管粘液 pH 值5～7的有42例,>7的有18例,以上两项都说明无返流性食管炎发生。Since 1986,242 cases of esoph ageal and cardiac cancer have treated by improved Wooler-Redo's tunnel esopagogastrostomy.There is no postoperative esophagogastric anastomotic leakage in these cases.Two hundred and forty two patients were followed up,and surveyed with esophagography,esophagogcope and examination of PH of esophageal mucus.The results showed that improved tunnel esophagogastrostomy was superior to other methold.Sixty five patients were examined with Trendelenburg's position esophagography,there was only one whose width of anastomic stoma was 0.5 cm,the other stomas ranged from 1.5 to 2 cm,3 Patients suffered from light ruflux.Among 60 Patients examined with eso- phagoscopeand biopsy,20 patients had light hype,remia edema in es(phageal mucosa and 40 patients had normal esophageal mucosa.PH of esophageal phlegm ranged from 5 to 7 in 42 patients and was higher than 7 in 18 patients.There facts proved that no reflux esophagitis occured.
