肺癌患者血清皮质醇T_3T_4测定的临床意义

摘　　要：33例肺癌患者血清皮质醇水平为179.91±121.69ng/ml;54例正常人组104.28±44.23ng/ml,肺癌组显著高于正常人组。18例肺癌恶病质(A组)血清T_3水平为0.63+0.27ng/ml;15例肺癌一般状况好组(B组)血清T_3水平1.47±0.49ng/ml;132例正常人组血清T_3水平1.24±0.40ng/ml。A组明显低于B组及正常人组(P<0.01);B组与正常人组无显著差异。A组血清T_4水平为7.73+3.23μg/dl;B组血清T_48.28±22.4μg/dl;正常人组血清T_49.43±2.64μg/dl,各组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。本文探讨了肺癌患者血清皮质醇T_3、T_4的临床意义。Serum cortisol and T_3,T_4 were measured in 33 cases of lung cancer and in 54 cases of normal people. The results of serum cortisol are: 179.91±121.69ng/ml in 33 cases of lung cancer, 104.28±44.23ng/ml in 54 cases of normal peo-ple. The results of serum T_3 are: 0.63±0.27ng/ml in 18 cases of lung cancer with weakness (Group A), 1.47±0. 49ng/ml in 15 cases of lung cancer with more strong body (Group B), 1.24±0.40ng/ml in 132 cases of normal people. The results of serum T_4 are: 7.73±3.23μg/dl in Group A,8.28±2.24μg/dl in Group B,9.43±2.64μg/dl in 132 cases of normal people. serum cortisol in the lung cancer group is more than that in normal people group (P<0.01). Serum T_3 in Group A is less than that in Group B and in normal people group (P<0.01). There is no significant statis-tical difference in Group B and in normal people grorp in determent of serum T_3(P>0.05). There is no significant sta- tistical difference in all group in determent of serum T_4(p>0.05). It is necessary to explore why the serum cortisol in lung cancer group is more than that in normal people group. The change of serum T_3 and restraimt of 5′-thyroxine dehalogenaase are interrelated.
