摘  要:研究了化学镀Ni-B合金层的硬度、耐磨性、耐蚀性、接触电阻、内应力、组成和元素的价态,结果表明,化学镀Ni-B合金具有下列特点:(1)热处理后的硬度高于硬铬;(2)耐磨性随热处理而明显提高;(3)接触电阻接近于银镀层;(4)在碱和有机溶剂中的耐蚀性优于Ni-P合金层;(5)Ni-B合金层是由金属镍和Ni_2B合金的混合物构成。The hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, contact electrical resistivity, interal stress, composition and valence states of elements in the Ni-B depos■t are dis- cussed in this paper. The results show that the Ni-B deposit possesses the features as follows: (1) The hardness of Ni-B deposit after heat treatment is superior to that of hard chromium deposit. (2) The wear resistance after heat treatment is increased obviously. (3) The contact electrical resistivity approaches silver-electroplated deposit. (4) The corrosion resistance of Ni-B deposit in alkaline and organic solvent is superior to that of Ni-P alloy deposit. (5) The Ni-B deposit is composed of the mixture of metal nickel and Ni_2B alloy.
