常见眼病患者视力康复情况  

Condition of vision recovery in the patients with common ophthalmic diseases

摘　　要：目的：了解严重影响视力的５种眼疾的视力康复情况。 方法统计分析１８６例 ２２７眼白内障、视网膜脱离、角膜炎、青光眼和眼外伤的视力康复情况。 结果白内障、视网膜脱离、角膜炎、青光眼和眼外伤的视力康复率分别为４４．０％、５８．１％、６８．８％、１４．７％和２４．３％。白内障、视网膜脱离、角膜炎的视力康复率无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；青光眼和眼外伤的视力康复率亦无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；前三者视力康复率明显高于后二者，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。 结论白内障、视网膜脱离、角膜炎临床疗效较好；而青光眼重在早期发现、早期治疗；眼外伤则重在防护。Objective To evaluate the vision recovery of patients with five kinds of ophthalmic diseases inflicting serious damage on patients' vision. Methods The vision recovery rate of 186 patients with cataract. retinal detachment. keratitis. glaucoma and eye injury was analysed. Rusults After treatment, the recovery rates of the patients with five kinds of ophthalmic diseases mentioned above were 44. 0% .58. 1 %. 68. 8%. 14. 7% .and 24. 3%, respectirely the vision recovery rates of patients had not significant difference among cataract, retinal detachment and keratitis(P>0. 05),and between glaucoma and eye injury yet (P> 0. 05 ). The vision recovery rate of patients with former 3 kinds of diseases was obviously higher than that of later 2 kinds of diseases(P<0. 001 ). Conclusions There is good clinical therapeutic effect in the patients with cataract.retinal detachment and keratitis. It is important to diagnose and treat early in the patients with glaucoma,and to preventin the patients with eye injury.
