鱼腥草营养液升白细胞作用的研究

摘　　要：为探讨鱼腥草(Houttuynia Cordata Thunb)的升白细胞作用.采用灌胃鱼腥草液后分别用6Gy的X线和腹腔注射环磷酰胺.观察小鼠白细胞总数和淋巴细胞变化.白细胞总数,与对照组比较,灌喂鱼腥草液0.4ml组照后第3～26天,灌喂0.2ml组照后第20,26天均有明显升高;淋巴细胞.0.4ml组照后第1～20天,0.2ml组照后第3,12～26天均有明显升高.环磷酰胺试验.白细胞总数,与未灌组比较.灌喂鱼腥草液中剂量组第7天,高、中剂量组第10天均有明显升高.表明鱼腥草液对X线照射和环磷酰胺所致小鼠的白细胞减少,有较好的恢复作用.In order to approach the effect of Houttuynia Cordata Thunb on increasing the count of white blood cells,we exposed mice to 6 Gy X-ray and injected cyclophosphamide into their abdominal cavities after feeding them Houttuynia Cordata Thunb liquid,then observed the changes of the count of their white blood cells and lymphocytes. The results showed that the number of white blood cells increased significantly,compared with the control group,in the experimental group fed with 0.4ml Houttuynia Cordata Thunb liquid on the 3rd-26th day,in the group fed with 0. 2ml dose on the 20th day and the 26th day. The count of lymphocytes increased significantly both in the group fed with 0. 4ml of the liquid on the lst-20th day and in that fed with 0. 2ml on the 3rd day and the 12th-26th day. In the cyclophosphamide experiment,compared with the control group,the same happened in the group fed with Houttuynia Cordata Thunb liquid with moderate dosage on the 7th day, in the groups with high and moderate dosage on the 10th day. The results indicated that Houttuynia Cordata Thunb liquid had good protection and restoration effect on the white blood cells decreased by X ray radiation and cyclophosphamide.
