摘　　要：BCL 2蛋白抑制细胞凋亡是肿瘤发生和产生耐药的重要原因之一。本文通过综述BCL 2蛋白的抗凋亡机制、结构与功能、基于bcl 2基因的肿瘤反义治疗研究成果 ,阐明BCLIt was found that apoptotic pathway blocked by BCL 2 protein was one of the important reasons of tumorigenesis and multi drug resistance in cancer treatment.In this paper,BCL 2 protein was illustrated as a new target that anticancer drugs react through analysing the antiapoptotic mechanism of BCL 2,the relationships between BCL 2 protein structure and its function and the results of antisense therapy based bcl 2 gene.The feasibility of developing small molecule inhibitor of BCL 2 protein was also studied.
