原发性十二指肠癌的X线诊断

摘　　要：目的　回顾分析十二指肠癌病人的X线表现 ,并结合超声 ,内镜进行分析。方法　 5例中 4例进行X线检查 ,1例低张造影 ,其中X线与B超确诊 1例 ,X线与内镜确诊 1例 ,CT诊断幽门梗阻 1例。结果　X线检查 4例 ,发生在十二指肠 ,降段可见不规则狭窄 ,僵硬 ,1例发生在十二指肠球部 ,显示环行狭窄 ,X线及手术误诊为十二指肠溃疡。结论　X线检查比超声、CT、内镜检查更有效的显示十二指肠癌的异常表现 ,X线检查能做到对十二指肠癌的诊断与鉴别诊断。Purpose The reviewing results under X ray, ultrasonic wave and endoscope examination with duodenum cancer were analysed here. Methods Among the 5 cases, 4 cases were examined by X ray while other one by the hypotonic duodenography, among them one case was diagnosed by B type ultrasonic wave and X ray, one case diagnosed by X ray and endoscope, another case diagnosed by CT was suffered by pylorus obstruction. Results Among four cases, irregulated stiffing and narrowing happened in a case at his duodedal bulb that has been misdiagnosed as ulcer of the duodenum. Conclusion The X ray examination is better than ultrasonic wave, endoscope and CT at showing the abnormal appearence of the duodenum cancer. [
