摘　　要：目的　探讨小肠肿物的超声特点及诊断的临床价值。方法　对 12例经手术病理证实为小肠肿物的临床及超声资料进行回顾性分析。结果　超声诊断小肠肿物分为实性包块型 (8例 )、囊性包块型 (4例 ) ,小肠肿物及周围器官、腹膜后情况显示高于内窥镜及X线。结论　超声显像对小肠肿物诊断具有重要价值。Objective To evaluate sonognaphic characteristics of intestinal masses and diagnostic value of clinic work. Methods The method of retrospective analysis was used in 12 cases with intestinal masses proved by surgery and pathology. Results Intestinal masses were divided into material masses and cystic masses in ultrosonographic diagnosis, It is more clear showed by sonography than by endoscopy and X ray in intestinal masses and its neighbouring organ and post peritoneal state. Conclusion Sonography has significant value during of diagnosis of intestinal masses.[
