精神分裂症患者记忆功能障碍及其影响因素的分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨精神分裂症患者记忆功能障碍及其影响因素。方法　采用龚氏修订的韦氏记忆量表对 5 4例精神分裂症患者及 32例正常人进行测查 ,并对前组进行症状自评量表评定。结果　精神分裂症患者的记忆水平明显降低 ,表现在长时、短时及瞬时记忆的障碍 ;经多元逐步回归分析 ,其记忆障碍程度与年龄、职业、敌对性、精神病性、抗精神病药总剂量及使用氯氮平有关 ,与病程无关 ;各型精神分裂症的记忆水平亦有差异。结论　精神分裂症的记忆功能是受多种因素的影响 ,如包括长时记忆、短时记忆和瞬时记忆的障碍 ,且不因病程长短而变化 ;氯氮平能改善其记忆功能。Objective Research of the memory function disorder and the relative factors in schizophrenic patients.Method Examing 54 cases of schizophrenia and 32 cases of normality with Wechsler memory scale and analysing the former with symptom checklist 90.Results The memory levels in schizophrenia are lower and the long,short,and instantaneous memory in cases of schizophrenia are disorders.Stepwise multifactorial regression analysis revealed that memory dysfunction levels are related with the age,occupation,hostility,psychotic,the total dosage of antipsychotics and the clozapine usage and no correlation in duration of illness.The memory levels in all types of schizophrenia are also different.Conclusion The memory function of schizophrenia are affected by multifactorial and include long,short and instantaneous memory disorders and no relation with the duration of illness.The clozapine can improve the patients' memory function.
