摘 要:我们进行了栽培甜菜与白花甜菜种间杂交,获得两类杂种:VC88-1VVCC2n=36和 VC88-7 VCCC2n=27.杂种F_1叶片面积、生长势表现出明显杂种优势,根型、生长习性倾向于白花甜菜,多粒性、叶片数量倾向于栽培甜菜,株型、根大小等表现中间型遗传.VC88-1与沿海甜菜、叶用甜菜等进行复合远缘杂交,与栽培甜菜回交获大量后代,其染色体组构成分别为VCM、VCC和VVC,它们在株型、抽苔特征、叶片特征上表现大量变异,并且在生长势上表现出明显杂种优势.可以推测它们是开拓白花甜菜有益基因,进行染色体工程的良好材料.We studied the interspecific crossing of cultivated sugarbeet (B. vulgaris L. ) and B. corolliflora Zoss. Two types of hybrids were obtained : one is VC88-l genome VVCC 2n = 4x = 36,and the other is VC88-7 VCC 2n = 3x = 27. For the hybrids F1, leaf areas and growth potentials showed heterosis ; root shape and growing habit tended to B. corolliflora; multigerms and leaf numbers tended to B. vulgaris ; plant types and root sizes showed middle inheritance. They were male steriles. We carried out complex interspecific corssing of VC88- 1 and B. maritima(male) B. cicla(male), and back crossing of progenies of VC88 -1 with B. vulgaris. A lot of progenies were obtained. Thier genomes were VCM, VCCt and VVC, respectively. Thier plant types bolting and leaf characteristics showed a lot of variations and thier growth potential showed obvious heterosis. It is suggested that they be good materials for introducing B, corolliflora genes into sugarbeet and making chromosomal engi-neering research.
