微气水灌肠诊断结肠肿瘤30例分析

摘　　要：目的　评估超声监测微气水灌肠诊断结肠肿瘤的价值。方法　经置于肛肠内的双腔气囊管注入振荡后产生肉眼能观察到的微气泡的生理盐水 10 0 0～ 15 0 0ml后 ,运用超声逆向结肠施行扫描检查。结果　本组 30例结肠肿瘤 ,诊断符合 2 9例 (96 % ) ,假阴性 1例。结论　本方法简便 ,安全 ,无禁忌症 ,检出率高 ,值得应用。Objective To evaluate the merit of the waterclyster diagnosis of colons oncoma at the case of ultrasound annihilation.Methods After injecting 1000～1500ml physiological saline vibrated with micro-blebs into dual-cavum pneumathode pipe in the paraproct intestinum,the colons are scanned and checked conversely by using ultrasound.Results There are 30 cases in this paper,29 of which are accorded with the result of diagnosis(96%),1 of which is pseudotumor.Conclusion This way is easy,safe and noncontraindication .The checking-out rate is high,and it is worth to apply.
