功能性消化不良患者心理护理的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨精神、心理因素与功能性消化不良 (FD)的关系 ,观察心理护理的疗效。方法 :用汉密顿焦虑量表 (HAMD)、抑郁量表 (HAMA)和症状自评量表 (SCL - 90 ) ,对 30例FD患者实施心理护理前后进行评分 ,并进行自身对照分析。结果 :护理前后 3种量表差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 0 1) ,消化道症状有明显改善。结论 :FD与精神、心理因素有关 ,多数存在抑郁和焦虑情绪 ,需要给予心理护理 ,而且疗效显著。Objective:To investigate about the role of psychological factors in functional dyspepsia(FD) and effect of psychological nursing on FD Method:Using hamilton Depression(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety(HAMA)and SCL-90 scales,30 patients of FD were marked before and after psychological nursing then the scores were statistically analyzed Results:The scores of three scales before and after psychological nursing have significant difference(P<0 001) The digestive symptoms were relieved after psychological nursing Conc^lusion:FD was related to psychological factors Depression or anxiety commonly occurred in these patients,and psychological nursing is essential to the patients,and it can produce good effect
