膀胱移行细胞癌组织中MTS1基因mRNA的检测及意义

摘　　要：目的　研究多肿瘤抑制基因MTS1在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达方法。方法　应用原位分子杂交方法检测 46例膀胱移行细胞癌标本中抑癌基因MTS1的分布与表达。结果　 46例膀胱癌组织中MTS1基因mRNA表达的阳性率为 52 .0 % ,其阳性率随膀胱癌病理分级、临床分期的上升而降低 ,MTS1mRNA表达阳性者 3年生存率明显高于阴性者。结论　MTS1mRNA的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的分化程度相关 。Objective To study the expression of multiple tumor suppressor 1 (MTS1) in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder.Methods The expression of MTS1 mRNA in 46 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder was detected by in situ molecular hybridization.Results The results showed that the total positive rate of MTS1 mRNA was 52.0%; The worse the grading and staging,the lower the presence of MTS1 mRNA was.There was significant differences between MTS1 mRNA positive and negative cases in 3 year survival rate.Conclusion It suggested that the expression of MTS1 mRNA is associated with the degress of bladder carcinoma tissue differentiation and could be used as a predictor of malignant potentiality and prognosis.
